ABOUT

The ICASS Service Center (ISC) is an interagency-funded office within the Department of State that facilitates the effective operation of the ICASS system.

 

Within the ISC, the Policy Coordination and Training team provides the following to posts operating and using ICASS services abroad:

• policy guidance; 

• consultations; 

• training courses and materials; 

• technical advice

 

It strives to deliver training that is clear, easily accessible, appropriately timed, and tailored to specific audiences. The team is composed of civil and foreign service staff who have combined experience at a wide variety of posts and government agencies.
